This Privacy Notice applies to personal data we collect when you use the MB Suite platform, represent a Client, or visit our websites. By accessing our services you agree to this Privacy Notice.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Data: Name, email, billing info, role.
• Technical Data: Cookies and preferences.
• Integration Data (OAuth): Access tokens for Google Ads, Meta, etc. You can revoke access at any time.
• Imported Data: Campaign metrics and performance data.

3. How We Use Data

We use data to operate the platform, authenticate users, display reports, and improve our ML models (on anonymized data). We do not sell your personal data.

4. Legal Bases

We process data based on Performance of Contract (to provide the service), Legitimate Interest (security, fraud detection), and Consent (cookies).

5. Roles

Controller: APEX is the Controller for Account Data.
Processor: APEX is the Processor for Service Data (campaigns). The Client is the Controller for Service Data.

6. Subprocessors

We share data with trusted providers like Google Cloud, Firebase, Stripe, and NodeMailer/Make.com solely to operate the service.

7. International Transfers

Data may be processed in the U.S. By using the service you agree to such transfers.

8. Retention

We retain personal data while your account is active. Analyzed/aggregated data is retained indefinitely for AI training.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, or withdraw consent.
